Mark's Electric

Dark, centered, high-urgency. Three-line hero headline, live-jobs status panel, 'warning signs' education block, built around the mindset of someone searching at midnight with no power.

Your website has a lot of jobs. A landing page has one, convert the visitor. I build pages that match the ad, answer the homeowner's question, and make the call a one-tap decision.

01

The page matches the ad.

If someone clicks an ad for 'emergency plumber Perth', they should land on a page about emergency plumbers in Perth, not your homepage about thirteen services. Match hurts message when it's off. I build a page per campaign so the match is tight.

02

Mobile-first, for real.

95% of your ad traffic is on a phone. I design and test on phone first, desktop second. Tap-to-call above the fold, form under the hero, trust signals where the eye lands. No hamburger menus to hide in.

  • Built in Next.js, loads in under 2 seconds
  • Tap-to-call and form above the fold
  • Real photos from real jobs (I help you get them)
  • Review snippets and trust signals baked in
  • Tracking installed: call, form, scroll, click
  • Hosted on Vercel or your own domain
03

You own it. Forever.

The page is yours. The domain is yours. The code is yours if you want it. Leave me any time, the page stays live and keeps working. Most agencies build pages on their own systems so you can't take them. I don't.

Common questions

Quick answers.

What's the difference between a landing page and a website?

A website tells your whole story, about, services, gallery, contact. A landing page has one job: convert one specific type of ad click into one specific action. Websites are for branding. Landing pages are for performance.

Do I need separate landing pages for each service?

If you run ads for multiple services, yes, match hurts conversion. If you only run one service campaign, one page is enough. I'll tell you which you actually need.

Can I edit the page myself?

Yes, I set it up so headline, phone number, and photos can be edited without touching code. Anything bigger, I handle.
